Promotion Period
The Pumpkin Patch Giveaway begins September 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary to enter. Employees of Paty, Inc., members of their immediate households, and current Paty ambassadors are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, participants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @patyinc on Instagram.
• Share an original pumpkin-themed photo or video as a public Instagram feed post or Reel.
• Tag @patyinc in the post or Reel.

The photo or video may feature a pumpkin patch, pumpkins, pumpkin picking, fall activities, or another clearly pumpkin-themed setting or moment. Purchase or use of Paty apparel is not required.

Instagram Stories do not qualify as entries. The participant's Instagram account and qualifying post or Reel must be public so Paty can verify the entry.

Each participant is eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) entry, regardless of the number of qualifying posts or Reels submitted.

Entry Requirements
Paty reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, inappropriate, offensive, unrelated to the promotion, infringe upon another person's rights, or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Paty may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Paty's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the promotion.

Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place after the promotion closes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $200 Paty gift card. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $600.

Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize, except at Paty's discretion or where required by law. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

Winners will be contacted by Paty through Instagram direct message and/or available contact information. Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim their prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, or is determined to be ineligible, Paty may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

Paty will never require payment or financial information in order to claim a Pumpkin Patch Giveaway prize.

By entering, participants confirm that they have the right to submit the photo or video and grant Paty, Inc. permission to repost, reproduce, display, and share the submitted content on Paty's social media channels, website, email communications, digital advertising, and other marketing and promotional materials, with appropriate credit where reasonably applicable.

Participants retain ownership of their original content.

By submitting content featuring a child or another individual, the participant represents that they are the child's parent or legal guardian or otherwise have the necessary permission to submit the content and grant the rights described above.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Paty, Inc. and not to Instagram and agree to release Instagram from responsibility related to the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Paty's decisions regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of winners, which will be final to the extent permitted by law.
