How to Download High Quality Photos on Paty website?
Tested on Windows & Mac Platforms. Also tested on browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge. The product photos on our website are High Quality photos. Professionally taken for you. Works great for your website, brochure or catalogs. Please Note: The steps below will not work on Monogrammed Products.

  1. Find the product you need and click the product to open the product page.
  2. Select the drop down options to select the color that you are looking for. You have to select the size also if you see size option then select the color options. It should automatically change the product image after you selected all the options. If the image did not change or not showing the correct color, it means we don’t have the photo for that item yet.
  3. Right mouse click on the photo to open a menu.
  4. Click Save Image As.
  5. That’s it!

How to Add items to Registry or Wishlist?

  1. Find the item you need and click the product to open the product page.
  2. If the item has drop down options to select, please select the options you need first before adding to registry.
  3. Add how many items you want.
  4. Below the Add to Cart Button you’ll see Add to Registry / Wishlist.
  5. That’s it!

Please wait 3 to 4 weeks if you order an item that takes 2 to 4 weeks for production and shipping. Our Paty Knit products takes 2-3 weeks for production. Our Paty Quick Ship products ships 2-3 business days. Lead time for Face Masks is 1 to 2 weeks for production and shipping. I can’t see the white fabric very well. It is too bright. It is hard to see.
Check your monitor contrast and brightness settings. It is probably set to max or on high. Lower the brightness and contrast. Most monitors also has auto change brightness and contrast button, you can also do auto change so it will go back to normal brightness and contrast. Some old monitors don’t display the correct colors. You might need to check with your monitor also.

I can’t select other product options
The product is out of stock. That is why you can’t select them. We update our inventory every week. Please check again later.

I can’t checkout, it is showing red caution or warning above the page?
Your item probably did not meet the minimum quantity requirement or the item in your cart doesn’t have enough stock available to reach the minimum qty. Some items has minimum of 6, some has 3 minimum, etc. depends on the product. Always check the product qty requirement before adding to cart(Wholesaler Only). We recommend removing the item that did not reach the minimum qty so that way the red caution or warning will go away.

It is very hard to change password.
For security reasons our system will not accept weak passwords. Easy to guess passwords like green35, 5hello, happyMe, thankyou, etc.. If you change your password, please combine with special characters, small and big letters, and numbers. What if a product is out of stock?
Wholesalers can Pre-Order it by going to our Shop Page and click Pre-Order. You can also contact us at 713-688-7686 if you are still having trouble.

The item I ordered says ready to ship or a quick ship item, but took a while to ship?
If you combined the quick ship items with the paty knit items, it will not ship right away. Our Paty Knit items are handmade here in Houston and it takes 2 to 4 weeks for production and shipping. You can split the order or order it separately. First order the quick ship items only then checkout the items. Second order other items are the paty knit items then checkout.
