How to Download High Quality Photos on Paty website?
Tested on Windows & Mac Platforms. Also tested on browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge. The product photos on our website are High Quality photos. Professionally taken for you. Works great for your website, brochure or catalogs. Please Note: The steps below will not work on Monogrammed Products.

  1. Find the product you need and click the product to open the product page.
  2. Select the drop down options of the product to select the color/style that you need. You have to select the size also if you see size option. It should automatically change the product image after you selected all the options. If the image did not change or not showing the correct color/style, it means we don’t have the photo for that item yet.
  3. Right mouse click on the photo to open a menu.
  4. Click Save Image As.
  5. That’s it!

I can’t see the white fabric very well because of the white background. It is hard to see.
Please check your monitor’s contrast and brightness settings. They may be set to the maximum or high levels. Consider lowering or increasing both the brightness and contrast for optimal viewing. Many monitors allow you to adjust brightness and contrast individually. Additionally, some monitors have an auto-change brightness and contrast feature. Activating this option can restore the display to normal settings.

If you’re using an older monitor, it may not accurately display colors. In such cases, it’s advisable to check the monitor settings for color accuracy.

I can’t checkout, it is showing red caution or warning above the page?
Your item likely did not meet the minimum quantity requirement, or the item in your cart doesn’t have enough stock available to reach the minimum quantity. Minimum quantities vary depending on the product—some require a minimum of 6, while others may have a minimum of 3, etc. Always check the product quantity requirement before adding it to your cart (Wholesaler Only). We recommend removing the item that did not reach the minimum quantity so that the red caution or warning will no longer appear.

It is very hard to change password.
For security reasons, our system does not accept weak passwords. Avoid easily guessable passwords like ‘green35,’ ‘5hello,’ ‘happyMe,’ ‘thankyou,’ etc. When changing your password, ensure it combines special characters, lowercase and uppercase letters, and numbers for increased security. What if a product is out of stock?

The item I ordered says ready to ship or a quick ship item, but took a while to ship?
If you combine quick ship items with the Paty Knit items, the order will not ship right away. Our Paty Knit items are handmade in Houston, and production and shipping take 2 to 4 weeks. You have two options: either split the order or place separate orders. First, order only the quick ship items and proceed to checkout. Then, for the Paty Knit items, place a separate order and proceed to checkout.
